Well, When we drug the F out of the hog house out in SW Iowa back in the 70’s, that was about all  there was in the trunk besides various rusty engine/transmission  bits and pieces!! I was lucky enough to locate a complete set of rams at a swap meet in WI a year or so later.

 

The E-bay ram is a buy it now item w/no takers so far
