Yes, your car would have been the 64th car going down the assembly line at that plant----in this case, the Jefferson Avenue Plant in Detroit (The 4th number in the VIN is the plant where the car was assembled.)

Does the 00064 portion of the number mean that the car was the 64th Chrysler ( NY, 300, 300H, or Newport) to go down the assembly line?
