Hi John, 
This car was restored by 300 Club member Gary Holm of Jacksonville, OR. Gary died May 8, 2012. It is a very nice 300G Convertible. It was advertised in our Club. Dale Matthews of Memory Lane in Portland, (Matthews Memory Lane Motors (503) 231-1940) purchased it from Gary's wife, Shirley.
