I've written about this before.  You can purchase a pre made hose listed for 1957 Chrysler but it will work.  You may have to change a fitting at one end.  The brand I've purchased in the past was Continental (not the European Continental).  Sorry, I haven't been able to locate a box to provide a part number for this.
 
I'd say if you are getting a rumble it is due to the way your hose was made.

Steering rebuilt by Steer and Gear.   The 300B "groans" when using the power steering.   Steers fine,  no binds, however sounds like it's stressed or has air in the system.    I had to replace the high pressure hose as it was leaking.   Had a new hose made using old one for pattern and made sure to have a reducer the same size in the system.

Any suggestions?     Also, what is correct PS fluid?   Type F??

The WPC National meet in Lake Elmo MN this past weekend was great.   Our 300B took the trip in stride and runs great,  just the PS noise.
