It probably depends on where the click is. If the click is at the starter then it is likely that the solenoid needs repair. If the click is on the inner fender or firewall then the start relay is probably bad. The solenoid click is usually a fairly heavy click and the relay click quite light. Of course, it's an exercise in good judgement to verify that your battery is well charged and that all electrical connections (especially battery cables) are clean and secure.
