Re: [Chrysler300] HELP!

Hi Joe,
Throw in a dead skunk. That will get rid of the dead mouse smell :-)

Just kidding.....

But seriously, that smell is actually mouse urine. They pee & poop constantly. Get a few big boxes of baking soda, spread it out on cooking trays, and put one on the back seat and one in the trunk. Close the windows, doors, and trunk lid and wait about a week. The baking soda will absorb the smell. Then, liberally spray some Fabreeze on the trunk floor and the carpets, and spray some lightly on the seat fabric. If your seats are leather, you should use some leather cleaner instead of Fabreeze. Still use the Fabreeze on the carpet and trunk floor. Be careful not to get the baking soda on the carpet, it's hard to vacuum up. You might also try foaming carpet cleaner on the carpet, if the smell doesn't come out with Fabreeze.

Good luck.

Subject: [Chrysler300] HELP!

I've been away for the past two months, sponging off of my daughter, in
hoenix.

hen I returned home, I opened the trunk of my Chrysler, which was in a
eated garage, and discovered that mice had taken up residence, and that at
east one had died. The smell was as you would have expected.

oes anyone have any suggestions for odor control? All I can think of
ight now is to get it outside and open the windows. I'm not sure that I even
ant to get into it for that long!

'll be waiting for suggestions....
