I had a noise problem as I slowed down, which concided with turning, with mine which turned out to be the Positraction. I put the correct Chrysler lube in it, drove it in figure 8's in theparking lot for a while. It cleared up immediately; Mike Moore 300H On Apr 6, 2012, at 9:39 PM, John McAdams wrote: Joe: Could the problem be in the U-Joints, (front or rear)? When does it occur? Usually a U-Joint will make noise or act up more when you are almost stopped. While you are checking out the U-Joints, why not grease them at this time? You say that you just changed over to the AAJ Disc brake kit. I have this kit installed on my '62 Sport and have no problems with mine but if the "Rumble Strip" problem started just after making this change, that is where I would naturally suspect the problem is. Go over your installation of the AAJ kit. Take the rotors off of the spindles and look carefully at the spindle and the spacer that came with the kit. Look everything over carefully and compare from passenger side to driver side to look for something different. Assume NOTHING. When you just made this change, did you change or add anything else? Look that over as well. Anyone else have any ideas for Joe?
