I am happily offering for FREE the stick I have used for so long to prop up my trunk lid. I just got home from the toy barn and my trunk lid is standing up high there all by itself! After trying for nine months to sort this out, I've made up a mod for the torsion rod setup using some little adapter plates. They change the geometry just enough to make all the difference. If anyone else has a problem like this, I can help you through a correction for it. But if you don't want to fix it, and you need a new prop stick, just let me know and I'll ship it out.
