Would not a 300H have the smaller ball joints like the rest of the short wheelbase (SWB) cars? The C-3560 tool is indicated for SWB cars in the '60 manual. LWB cars take the larger ball joint. My sockets are S-K brand # 84688 (marked 1-7/8), and 84689 (marked 2-1/8) I used the larger one on my G (LWB.) The smaller matches up to some NORS ball joints I have on the shelf that came with a '62 Newport (SWB). Measuring across the "flats" on the top of the small ball joint I get about 1-7/8. You could measure your ball joints to be sure. It is for A-body cars (Valiants, Dusters,Darts). The OTC 8034 looks like the socket I have for my H. I'm no expert, so please continue to investigate!
