I got one from CarQuest a couple of years ago
Take your old one in and they can probably match it up.
Shaft length is important to get the correct blade to rad core spacing about 1/2 to 3/4" I believe.

Mike, let me know if you find a source for a fan clutch. 

Five or so years ago I bought one from George Riehl, but I understand that he no longer has a source for them.

Hmm, mine is 18 inch. The clutch is free to rotate. I have noticed it makes a fan noise like it did years ago when the clutch failed, as though it were locked up.
