Mike, let me know if you find a source for a fan clutch. Five or so years ago I bought one from George Riehl, but I understand that he no longer has a source for them. The clutch is free to rotate. I have noticed it makes a fan noise like it did years ago when the clutch failed, as though it were locked up.
