Plenty of options in the smaller size P215/75R14 (old 8.00-14/8.25-14) 
or P225/70R14 (G70-14). See Firestone, Cooper, Hankook, Khumo, maybe Toyo.

Nothing in P225/75R14 (8.50-14/8.55-14). Not much in P235/75R14 (See 
Coker / American Classic).

Diamondback mostly adds whitewalls to existing blackwall carcasses 
(Michelin, Goodrich, or whatever) - you can pretty much get any 
whitewall width - but you have to have a blackwall tire as a starting 
point and currently there is nothing in the bigger 14 inch to start with.
