I apologize to all for making an adverse comment regarding a supplier. 

I knew better, but wasn't thinking when I commented about radio repairs.  

It is always unfair to say bad things about any supplier as it can affect their livelihood so drastically and may well not be justified. 
My experience is that it usually isn't. Besides that, we NEED those guys!

I am glad to see so many folks have spoken up with such wisdom and positive comments in rebuttal to my one (somewhat) isolated experience about this fine person and excellent business.
