I'm having problems with the instrument lights on my 300F. For background, I have recently replaced the high voltage transformer, and the problem is with all the lights (including the 12 volt pushbutton lights). The light switch sounds like something is scraping inside when I twist it to increase or decrease the intensity, and only with a lot of twisting will the dash lights come on. I can get full brightness, but only after nearly five minutes of twisting the knob back and forth. Normally, when I turn on the lights, no dash lighting appears. Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know of perhaps a spray that might clean up the switch contacts inside the switch?
