I purchased a tach cable from Imperial services 3 years ago. It worked fine although I could only get it connected to the tach by half a tread as I believe the collar is too short. I recently installed a Mallory ignition with tach drice and the cable now "walks" out of the ignition side when in use. I tried to get a better connection at the tach end bout it just wont go on more than 1/2 turn. Antbody else experience a problem with these cables.
