Don't try the square wheel with tilt-column. I owned a 300-K with tilt steering?and square wheel. Whenever the tilt was in the lowest position, the corner of the steering wheel caught my cojones and could turn no further without serious pain. Worked ok in any other position.

?

I always wondered why Chrysler?would do?that. Obviously a previous owner liked and changed the steering?wheels.
