Re: [Chrysler300] 300F Body - a couple questions

The 4th digit in the VIN will tell the story
in the case of Chrysler:

#3 is Jefferson Ave, Detroit
#5 is LA, CA
#6 is Newark, NJ
#7 is St Louis, MO

#s 1,2, and 4 all Detroit, Plymouth, Dodge and Imperial respectivly.

Acording to my 1960 Parts book Windsors were produced in both Detroit and LA
as were Saratogas and New Yorkers except Suburbans which also came from
Detroit.
