[Chrysler300] power antenna mounting

It has been quite awhile since we took the E apart ( and replaced the front fenders) and cannot remember how/if the front passenger fender placement of the power antenna attached to something, other than just going thru the fender. We believe the antenna is from a late 70's vintage and the attaching plate doesn't come near to the inner fenders on the car. Does anyone have a diagram or photo of how these are supposed to be mounted? Also anyone know of a source for the gasket or seal at the top of the antenna base that keeps water out? Can't find anything in Goers.

Does anyone have a proper power antenna (working) appropriate for this year they are willing to sell?

Thanks
Lindsey Fuller in sunny & warm Winnipeg
