Phil Irish has won one of the early auctions for the new castings of the 4-bolt exhaust manifolds.  These will work for those of your with '55 and '56 bodies.

As Phil also notes, I am involved in a project in the works currently to make new castings of the super rare '57-58 manifolds that have a slightly flattened ram's horn to clear both the power steering box, and the right front upper control arm of the '57-58 chassis.    I am working with the producer of the first new castings to get these done.

Note both of these are "new and improved".  These are not perfect reproductions of the original factory parts.  Both are intended for those seeking higher performance than what the factory manifolds allowed.   

Note also that neither the currently available manifold nor the coming manifold have the heat boss to give choke heat.  Remember the original was a truck manifold and the first new casting was intended for the hot rod market.  What WILL be available with the second new casting is the "extension plate" as was used in the 300Ds with the 2.5" exhaust system option.  This extension plate has a tube out of it to provide choke heat just like the production 300D with the option.  It fits as an addition to the 4-bolt outlet flange on the right side.

BE PATIENT.  The second manifold, the one with a flat ram's horn to clear the '57-58 chassis, is still several months away.  The pattern maker has an original manifold in his hands.
