[Chrysler300] 57 transmission problem

last month i had a local shop rebuild the transmission in my 57.

well it didn't end up good.  after driving not more than 100 miles, i 
have no forward gears, none.

the transmission guy said to ask the brains of the 300 club about "the 
forward clutch pack dragging in neutral"  or "the input  clutch 
dragging in neutral".

so, is there a solution to this problem?

keep in mind i have no clue what i am talking about.
