When I bought my Barn find 55 there was two goats living in it. The car was really in great shape until you opened the doors. The seats were just the springs , The door panels were just chrome strips and door handles etc. The steering wheel was just a Metal ring. A good portion of the Plastic was on the floor. I used Epoxy Glue to put as many of the larger pieces back on Then I used Bondo to fill in the gaps. After a lot of sanding and grinding I found a large 1/2 round File worked great for shaping the finger holds. After painting the wheel it looked ok but not show quality, So I bought a matching Blue Vinyl tie on Covering and shoe laced it on. Now nobody knows what I did up to now . You all know now. But at least I have a steering wheel that feels normal instead of that metal ring.
