Does seem like there may be too many levels of administration between me and the actual insurance company. I don't understand why you don't just deal with Hagerty directly. They are easily contacted at _http://www.hagerty.com/_ (http://www.hagerty.com/) . They answer all your questions, and you can manage your own account on line - add or drop vehicles, request insurance dcards, file claims, pay on line, etc.. I don't know if the premiums are any cheaper by dealing direct, but all my experiences, including a couple of claims, have been excellent.Regards, Pete Fitch **************Planning your summer road trip?
