Dave ~ You have a good idea here and it could be executed the same way another club I belong to does it. Member decides if they want a hard copy or an emailed copy. Then, when the newsletter is ready to go, those that opted for the electronic version get theirs and the others will wait for Mr. Postman to come along. About 1/3 of the computer-owning membership of this other club have kept the snail mail version. Reasons varied from not wanting to change to a dial-up connection that makes receiving the news letter cumbersome. Everybody's happy and the best part is the club saves some money on postage.
