Hi Wayne,
I just saw this model yesterday. It was $31.95 at a specialty store. 
It is from Yat Ming and is indeed very will done, especially the 
leather interior. I did not take it out of the box to check whether 
the front wheels turn and the seats swivel. The gold exterior 
reminded me more of a shade that GM used on Cadillacs and the the 
interior color sure looked a lot like the caramel color you'd find 
in an H interior. Yat Ming also offers correct white and black 
models which use the correct beige interior color. I have no idea 
about any discounters.
