Try Tim at Roadrunner starters, he was doing light high torque units for all
the cast iron TF. I have had one in my 300C driver for 4 or 5 years.

Can a later model gear reduction starter bolt into the '61 413?

I didn't think of comparing until after I bolted the original rebuilt
starter back into the G.

Man, those originals are heavy!
