[Chrysler300] Note Re Hood Spring Installation

I used washers from the hardware store that are about 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" in diameter, and are exceptionally thick -- much thicker than a standard washer. 

I stretched the new springs using a piece of chain, an S-hook, and the bumper jack from my "F" clamped in a vise.
