[Chrysler300] front seat frame on a 300 D

I'm starting to re-cover the front seat frame on my D in a basket.  It has the 6-way power seat option.  Is the seat frame the same for the power and non-power option?  Is there a cut-out in the drivers side seat frame for the seat switch & chrome surround to house in?  Mine doesn't have this and I think I remember there is supposed to be one.  Maybe I have the wrong seat frame.  
Any ideas out there?
