The Carlisle Pennsylvania Fairgrounds will turn into a Mopar lover's
paradise July 6-8, 2007 as a sea of spectators and fans of Chrysler products
descend upon central Pennsylvania for the Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals.
Come out and see all things Chrysler. Featured at the '07 event will be Wing
Cars, convertibles of all years and models and 1969 Charger 500s.

 Don Garlits

Don Garlits, the Big Daddy of drag racing renown, will be visiting Carlisle
at the All-Chrysler Nationals. Garlits has been dubbed the "King of
Dragsters," and could be considered the patriarch of Top Fuel Drag Racing.
Also known for his innovative race car designs, Garlits produced 34
hand-fabricated black racecars in his Swamp Rat series. Garlits will be
available to sign autographs and chat with fans and spectators. He'll make a
special appearance at the South Mountain Dragway.

 

 Shirley Muldowney

pg> You'll want to come out and meet the First Lady of Drag Racing. Shirley
Muldowney won the NHRA Top Fuel Championships in 1977, 1980 and 1982.
Muldowney has been inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame,
Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and is ranked number 5 in the NHRA Top
50 Drivers 1951-2000. She'll be available to sign autographs and chat with
fans on Friday and Saturday. She will also make an appearance at the South
Mountain Dragway on Friday.

Take a step back in time to 1967 and check out our retro
Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth dealership in the Gutshall Building just outside
Gate 1. See some of the cars you would have seen or maybe you saw 40 years
ago, complete with authentic signs, logos and window stickers reflecting the
prices of the times. Don't miss this wonderful display of classic
automobiles.

The spotlight this year is on the popular Wing Cars, as well as convertibles
of all years and models. The 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona and 1970 Plymouth
Road Runner SuperBird were built specifically to compete in NASCAR. They
dominated racing until they were banned after the 1970 season. This promises
to be a "don't miss" gathering of fine automobiles. The '69 Charger 500 will
also be featured in our display area.

the show field and many of those are from members of the National DeSoto

Chrysler is bringing several of its exciting new concept cars. The Dodge
Demon Roadster joins the Dodge Challenger and Chrysler Nassau. As always,
DaimlerChrysler will be bringing in lots of demonstration cars for fans to
test drive. This is always a popular event at Carlisle. New this year will
be the Dodge NASCAR simulator. Fans will get a chance to see what it's like
to compete in the Nextel Cup Series. Stay in touch with our web site for

year's All-Chrysler Nationals.

A well kept secret is the Kick-Off event on Thursday evening hosted by Mopar
<http://www.moparrebellion.com/> Rebellion. The Kick-Off had been held at
the local dealership for seven years but has outgrown that location and is
now moving to the Residence Inn on Route 11 (just north of the PA Turnpike).
This event has been drawing fans every year for the relaxing atmosphere,
good food, ice cream, DJ, door prizes and more. Admission to the Kick-Off is
FREE to all participants and spectators.

Carlisle Standard of Mopar Excellence? SME was designed for those who want
to compete against a score sheet and have their car evaluated by a team of
judges instead of the participant ballot voting of the Fun Field. In SME
each car is judged on its own merit against a set standard in five specific
areas: engine bay, body, interior, undercarriage and an operations test. SME
is open to everything from wild customs to totally stock restorations and

The Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals always brings a huge showfield, car
corral and plenty of vendors to find that part for your latest project.
There's a charity car auction, drag racing at South Mountain Dragway and
informative seminars to help you with your do-it-yourself projects. Fun
contests like burnout, beauty and wing-eating will again be part of the
regular weekend line-up. Also, be around on Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. to be
eligible for our 1973 Plymouth Scamp Giveaway car or $5,000. Must be present

Carlisle Events, host of 10 collector car, truck and motorcycle events,
