OK - I read the article, and I understand what was said. Now, I think it would be interesting to ask how many of those on the list server have ever had a problem of that nature. I mean we have over 1000 members in the club, many of which no doubt drive original bias ply cars on radials. It would be interesting to know how many of those people have experienced unexplained blow outs or other failures attributable to the rims. Of course, some of any problems experienced could also have resulted from faulty tires, but it would be interesting to see what the club experience has been.
