[Chrysler300] L torsion bars

Hi Group  I pulled the tranny on the L to take care of some leaks. When removing the torsion bars I noticed that the threads on the left side adjusting bolt were at the end, maybe 4-5 threads left, and about 1/4 of the threads left on the right side. I recall noticing this last time on the front end machine about 3-4 years ago. The bushings on the lower control arms don't look too bad. Are bars available. The #'s on the ends are 620 and 621. Should I change the lower bushings.
