[Chrysler300] Dumb Question

Yes I know that there are no Dumb Questions ,Only dumb people.Being one myself I would like to know how condition ratings are determined.Out of factory #1 ? in a field with tree growing through Floor # 8 ? ect. Is there a web sight ? Just curious and there are probably lots of people snow bound and bored. Jim McMullan 300 F
