The anti-sway bar could make some difference in ride height but shouldn't 
restrict you from being able to drive the car. Just take to corners slower 
as you will experience more body roll and the car will likely 'push' a bit. 
Remember, many cars came without them. You could always crank up the torsion 
bars a bit if it did drop too much.
