[Chrysler300] Wiper speed

Hi, All,

After working under the dash on my K, when I put it all back together, the 2 
speed wipers were slow and slower.  I had an extra switch, so I swapped them 
out.  Now, it seems a little better, but I'm sure the wipers moved much faster 
before.  What have I done?  What can I do to get it right?
