Hi Carlton, The Chrysler 300 Club Inc.'s web site is: http://www.chrysler300clubinc.com/ Yes, you are correct: many, many years ago, there was a falling-out between both clubs. There is really no good reason to talk about the reasons why this happened, as it was a very long time ago, and very much "water under the bridge" . The two Clubs have different philosophies, and also a different focus; "our" Club, for instance, only recognizes 1955 thru 1965 300 Letter Series cars, and the 300 Hurst; whereas the 300 Club Inc. also recognizes the other, non-lettered 300's . Most of their club functions are out west, whereas most of ours are in the East. And there are lots and lots of dual members. I can assure you that both groups have good, open lines of communications; and it would benefit any 300 nut to be a member of each club.
