I use a product called SKYCO OSPHO. It is produced by The Skybryte Co. 3125 Perkins Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. Phone 216 771-1590 Fax 216 771-1345. It is a water thin liquid that can be brushed or sprayed. It comes in gallon and larger containers and cost about $15/gal. True Value/True Serve and Ace Hardware stores have it in some areas of the country. Contact the manufacturer for a dealer near you or you will have to pay a HAZ MAT fee to UPS. You don't have to remove all rust, just knock off the scaly and loose stuff. When it dries it is ready to paint. Minnesota Marshall Red G, 27 & 28 Dodge Brothers.
