I have been using a commercial product called "Kroil". Their slogan is 
"Kroil it Don't Spoil It". I think most penetrants do the same job.
You can't beat heat to make a fastener break loose. If you have a nut and 
bolt, heat the nut or base metal and it will expand a few 10/1000's of an 
inch and usually break loose.
