Hi Matt

I suggest Rare Parts 1 800 621-2005, right in California somewhere.

Once front suspension is unloaded, and taken apart at ball joints, the
torsion bars will (or should) come right out when there is no tension on
them. There IS a special tool that clamps to torsion bars that can in turn
be hit with a hammer but I have never had to resort to it. I have never
replaced the swivels and bolts. Wouldn't know where to get new ones, or why
need to replace them anyway. Gary Goers does sell the balloon seals.
Remember that torsion bars are NOT interchangeable side to side. Do one side
at a time. Have fun !

John
