[Chrysler300] 62' Horn Ground and Parking Brake Cable

Finally my beloved 1962 Chrysler Sports 300 is just about ready for
road and show but it has three problem areas.

1. I have tried to order a Parking (Emergency) Brake Cable from
Kanter earlier today but got a call back that there were two - one
longer than the other - how can I know which is right for my car?

2. The luminescent paneling has a little " Power unit " where can I
buy a new old stock one or get mine rebuilt. I know member Bob
Merritt has a fine list which used to be attached to this list. Can
someone send me a link for an updated version of same.

3. Somehow my horn connection has lost its' ground. We have traced
the power all the way to the steering wheel center and it is there
but the steering column seems to have lost its' ground. I don't
want to have to mount a doorbell under the dash for a horn. Is
there some little part I should look for in the steering column
which completes the circuit?

Thanks friends for your advice and imput!
