Herb, this is a '61(and '62?) Newport/Windsor horn
ring.  It's COMPLETELY different from a 300/New Yorker
style.  This will not not even fit the 300/New Yorker
wheel.  The two "spokes" and the pads come to a point
on the 300/New Yorker wheel, and most importantly, the
half-circle piece that connects the two ends is not
there on the 300/New Yorker wheel...
