Re: [Chrysler300] 300-G IN THE MOVIES

Hi All:
For some reason I had forgotten Lana Turner was in that movie. She is also
in another featuring (my word!) a lettercar. It is Imitation of Life with
Sandra Dee. John Gavin drives a Tahiatian Coral 300D convertible. There is one
quite long look at it, then a couple of shorts. I have long ago copied both.
The 300 in Bachelor is a cinnimon 300G convert. I am almost positive I can
see a "bonus" 300 in a general freeway traffic scene also in that movie. For
your info, the only other vintage movie I am aware of using a 300 to any extent
more than a glimpse is The World The Flesh and The Devil with Harry Belafonte.
He drives a 300D convertible. The movie is in black and white, but the D is
some other color. All are worth watching, aside from the 300s. (But then, I
rarely really dislike a movie, anyway!)
300ly, Gil
(Its a perfect day today here in Tallahassee!)
