[Chrysler300] Hood Insulation - 1960

Hi Everyone,

I got a new hood insulation pad from our friend Mr. Goers and I am 
now ready to install it. The old one appears to have been glued 
directly to the hood so I guess I can only do the same with the new 
one. But can any of you recommend a proper glue type suitable for 
this? I would also appreciate any tips on how to hold the pad against 
the hood while the glue dries.
