Are they suppose to come back to the off position on the windshield
regardless of when you turn them off? Mine stop at the point on the
windshield when you turn off the switch. Any comments out there?

Zak

Electric wipers typically have a "park" circuit that is energized when you

turn the switch off. I would check the connections first, then check out
the switch. If the problem isn't there , it must be in the wiper motor,
there are electrical contacts operated by some kind of cam arrangement for

the park circuit, they may just need to be cleaned.
