Subject: 300 Arm Rest Question
Hello All,
Both my '66 300 and Hurst driver's door armrests are split. Any leads on
reproduction armrests?
As an aside, here's a link to article about club member Ken Mack that
appeared in last Sunday's Detroit News.

Greetings, listserver choir. i would like to know what luck you have had
finding two parts, both for my E.
heater control tubes and connector, #1886 356. have replaced heater
control
switch (which was acting like a leaky inner tube), and, although i clearly
have the right part (#'s and eyeballing and careful measurements all
agree),
the old connector will not stay connected. anyone else have this
experience?
any suggested fixes? and, has anyone found this part?
need a manifold to head gasket set, tiny leak on one bank, looks like
someone
a long time ago installed that gasket backward, then cranked it down hard.
sounded fine til last week. are these still available?
let me know -- and thanks. good to have the E out and about again,
regularly.

Hello
I'm in the process of rebuilding the brakes on my 300B and I discovered
that the brake shoes retainers are not original.
I'm talking about the small spring plate and clip that hold the shoe on
its support. Do you know a source for these?

After paying my exterminator several hundred dollars, I learned that the
best material is old fashioned steel wool. Rats and mice will not even
attempt to attack this material.

the
car rather than in it so we didn't have to live with the odor inside the
car. I read somewhere that Bounce dryer sheets will work to. I tried that
this past winter & I didn't see any mice & the car has a nice smell but I
am
not sure how well that works as I only tried the one time. Les Fairbanks
