Will definitely have to pull the transmission. The one on my G was seeping and I didn’t want to go through the process of replacing it

I searched the archives but haven’t found anything on replacing the rear main seal in my 1960 413. Can anyonevtell me if this can be replaced with the motor and transmission in the car? Or at least with the motor in the car?
