I use Valvoline VR-1 Hi Zinc racing oil in 20-w-50 in both my 413 G and my 440 Hurst here in TX.

Just got back north for the spring/summer/fall and want to change the oil in my G.  However time has a hold on me and I can't recall what oil viscosity to use (normal outside temp I run is 55-90 degrees), and regular or synthetic.
