Carl Bilter Yes, that would be the purpose, only if a radio was ordered. It isn't shown in the FSM, presumably, because the photo they took must have been
a cluster that was not used for a radio-equipped car. I haven't had the 63 cluster out in the last 12 years or so; couldn't remember.
