{Chrysler 300} 300K pax seat recliner mech

Can anyone tell me if you pull the two hex (cap) screws from the bottom of the frame will the reclining mechanism pull away as a single unit?  Or does one have to take it apart in pieces from the seat to clean and lube it?

 

I have the seat on the bench, so now is the time to do either…
