{Chrysler 300} 64 sill plate screws

So, opening the bag of screws I removed from my sill plates quite some time ago, I find a mismatch of screws. There are three chrome button head philips. I suspect these are meant to go on the flat part of the sill. There would be eight in total.

 

Could someone confirm? Thanks!
