{Chrysler 300} 1962 - Mystery Green Wire

Well….

I have hooked up most all wires under the dash.

I have come up with a nice green wire, that is a mystery to me.

I cannot determine where it plugs in to; even after studying the wiring diagram.

It hangs on the passenger side of the steering column.

Following it up high, it goes into a wrapped wiring harness that runs horizontally way up high, under the dash.

Any ideas?
