For what it is worth regarding this '56 Windsor wagon.  The steering wheel is the 1953-54 as well as the horn ring.  This would have been the same used in the stick B cars.  The horn button is a 1954 "Non Power Steering".  This was a one year only button and the only difference is the P/S cars would have that round the outer edge.

Beyond that this is a non P/S car so that matches the stick B cars.  The headliner is the wrong material, the wood decking is the wrong color.  1954 wagons were the last to get the dark wood.  1955 &56 got an off white finish.

Looks like someone has done a bit of "custom" work on the wiring under the hood.  Oh and last the WW tires are a bit much for the era.  I didn't look at the wires themselves to see if they are real or aftermarket.

There was quite a discussion about his issue some time ago. There is a 56 Windsor stick with good photos of the wheel and column at: http://www.frankmanmotors.com/Preowned-Used/1956-CHRYSLER-TOWN-%26-COUNTRY--WAGON-Sioux-Falls-South-Dakota-57108-2634420
